If you are using a stereo system position the left and right speakers respectively around the bed facing inwards.
Lay in your bed.

Be grateful for where you are, and walk away from the box you may be in. Have questions to ask yourself. Love yourself and be excited to see the sun tomorrow. Turn off your phone. If you are listening to this recording on your phone put your phone in airplane mode. Put yourself in Airplane mode.
Be comfortable in your bed. Lay above the blankets. For most of this you will feel like you are in a cloud. If you do not feel like your are in a cloud, let yourself become a cloud.
